Binoye Jos didn’t start with a business plan. He started with a problem he couldn’t solve any other way. After four years of litigation, hiring two high-profile attorneys, 198 court filings, and more than $400,000 out of pocket in expenses, he still didn’t have custody orders in his son’s best interests. So, he fired his lawyers, fought for custody himself, and won. Then he made a vow: become an attorney and build a practice centered on ethical, client-first representation – because if he didn’t, someone who didn’t care would.
He went to law school while working full time and raising his son. There were stretches where he was searching for quarters to buy milk. He built Jos Family Law, Inc. anyway, from scratch, as a solo practitioner. And he isn’t stopping there.
